We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind.
Please make sure to clarify all details such as dimensions, materials, framing, and visual elements — before confirming your order.

Damaged Items

All artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
If your piece arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving it.

To assist you, we will ask for:

• Clear photos of the damage

• Photos of the packaging

• A brief explanation of what occurred
